DROUGHT INSURANCE

Drought insurance is quickly becoming a staple for livestock and forage producers across the nation. The PRF insurance program protects producers from mother nature’s harsh environmental forces. The program is designed to compensate producers in times of drought and help offset input cost for production and aid in protecting your bottom line. Double D Ag Insurance’s team is prepared to assist you in selecting the coverage options that benefit your forage program.

Pasture, Rangeland, Forage (PRF)

PRF is a nationwide program that protects perennial (not planted yearly) grazing or hay land for drought conditions. The PRF program has been very beneficial to the clients that have enrolled in the program. It helps producers to recoup input cost when we experience times of need due to shortage of rainfall.
